Most times at the beginning of our career, most of us prefer working in startups, in the try to reach MNC, what gets missing in this hurry search is that we fail to notice certain things that are very important in your career.i would like to list out some below.
1) Check whether the company you are working is registered or not. go through the link

to find if your company is registered with government, if you company is registered you enjoy lot of benefits including P.F, medical insurance etc.
2) Check your companies hr policy before accepting the offer.Sometimes they use to have tricky HR policies, where they have a unreasonable amount of time before notification periods and so on.
3) If possible have a talk with employees, as most companies don't pay salaries at the specific time or something like that.If you get a chance to talk with an employee just make sure that the company suits you.
4) Make sure that you don't submit any original documents during the course of interview.No companies have the right to get your original document.If you are submitting for verification, make sure you get it back at the earliest.
5) Never sign bonds with out reading the agreement, there are certain companies who get a security deposit, though its not legal some companies do it , if you are a fresher in that case make sure you come up with an agreement with bank and your company.
6) Its never too late to get / search a new job if your current job is giving you more stress or not suiting you.Its your life you are always responsible for how you take care of it.
Working in startups can be fun and helpful for you as it provides a learning environment and most startups are stress free zone, though as around Chennai, there are most companies where you have to be careful about the previous said issues.
